About Us

     Greenview Ridge is a diverse community in western Shawnee that is made up of 3 divisions; Greenview Ridge, The Villas and The Estates.  The community is located directly east of the K-7 and 47th Street intersection with a total of 174 homes upon completion. 

     Neighborhood amenities include a pool, two tennis courts, a basketball goal, children's playground and ample green space for your pets.  The community is governed by the Greenview Ridge Home Owner's Association which is made up of 5 represenatives from the Greenview Ridge division, 1 representative from The Villas and 1 representative from The Estates.  Welcome to Greenview Ridge!
